Cybersonica ’07 Late at Tate Britain

Tate Britain will be hosting Cybersonica ’07 at their monthly Late at Tate Britain event on the 6 April 2007. It’s a festival of sound, music and technology all coming together for 4 hours. With free entry and half price entry to the Hogarth Exhibition, it would seem a good way to spend the evening of Good Friday. For those old enough to remember Heaven 17 and The Human League, Martyn Ware, founder member of both is presenting. And if you’re not old enough to remember them, don’t let that put you off.

Cybersonica have a few other events in their programme to.

Thanks for a fantastic opening night for the Cybersonica festival at Tate Britain this year. Continuing with the festival - SOUNDWAVES is now open, a collaboration between Cybersonica & Kinetica Museum, and runs until 29th June 2007. On view are sonic artworks newly commissioned by Cybersonica, and sound sculptures by several of the world’s leading artists in the field, including Max Eastley and Peter Vogel. Stop by to the museum, in the heart of Spitalfields Market. -Lisa (Cybersonica PR)
