It’s true to say that it’s the simplest ideas that are most likely to do well when it comes to brand new products. The Keyport is one such thing. The Keyport is an ingenious device that houses several keys that you slide out using little tabs on the outside of the fob. This could be the end of unsightly bulges, holes in the pocket and sounding like the school caretaker running down the corridor when you move any faster than a dawdle.
Each Keyport can hold six keys and they’ll come in a variety of colours. The company developing these also have plans for future improvements including, RFID integration, LED light and alarm remote for your car’s security system. All very impressive, but unfortunately it isn’t in production yet. However a limited run will be made available in November ’07 by invitation only. No price information is available at this time.
