Have you ever wished you could see what your users are up to? Well, it seems we can now watch movies of their every move!!! ClickTale is a new online service that could help us design and develop more usable applications for our users.
ClickTale records mouse movements, clicks, keystrokes and scrolling actions. It then takes the recordings and generates movies which show how visitors use the site. ‘By using ClickTale you will gain insights that will improve your website’s usability, enhance navigation, and increase effectiveness.’
