Designer

Contact James:

A healthy dose of lateral thinking if often just what the doctor ordered. With a first class degree in Graphic Design, James spent his University life learning to think differently, producing graphic design which encompassed performance art, installation, print and sculpture.

From a young age James displayed a healthy affection for design. His interests in image making stem from memories of now iconic 90’s album cover art and music video production, which seduced his generation. Encouraged by this convergence, James pursued fine art and design subjects throughout his school career. Specialising in painting, he exhibited work at Lauderdale House selling most of his art.

Still only 23, James has an impressive CV having already worked with a wide range of highly regarded creatives; and exhibiting work at The Barbican, V&A and Royal Festival Hall. He also recently set-up ‘Tartan Walrus’ — a creative partnership focusing on experiential installation art. This proves his deep commitment to the creative process — and that sideways thinking is almost certainly the new forward thinking.
